TalentCursor is a recruiting services provider. We are not an employment agency that itself employs Candidates, and we do not guarantee that any Candidate will be shortlisted, interviewed, offered a role, or hired.
Our services are intended for individuals and organizations with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, Candidates represent that they are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work, and Clients represent that the individual engaging with us has the authority to act on behalf of their organization.
TalentCursor's Remote Hire service is strictly source-and-place. We identify, screen, and introduce Candidates to Clients. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, the employment or contractor relationship that may subsequently form between a Client and a Candidate.

Both Candidates and Clients agree to treat non-public information shared through our process — including role details, candidate evaluations, and business information — as confidential, and to use it solely for the purpose for which it was shared.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline to take on a mandate, to discontinue an engagement, or to remove any Candidate or Client from our active process, with or without notice, where we believe it is appropriate to do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration, including applications for interim relief.
